The TrustMark for Arboriculture
For the first time in the history of our industry, a contractor scheme has been set up that can carry the message ‘Government Endorsed Standards’ for Arboriculture.
The Government supported scheme has a current database of over 11,500 contractors and a website currently receiving over 325,000 hits viewing contractors details per month and the largest promotional activity to date worth £7 million. It’s no wonder therefore the brand name TrustMark is becoming a recognised name.
We are seeking those organisations who see both the importance and benefits of what it means to become an Approved Contractor and the advantages to the industry for getting the message ‘Government Endorsed Standards’ across for Arboriculture.
As a scheme operator ‘TreeCareApproved’ have developed a new website (www.treecareapproved.org) focusing the consumer’s attention on the services you offer and the very good reasons why they should choose YOU!
As each region of the country becomes populated, consumer leaflets will be distributed to local councils and tree officers, and we are in negotiations with garden retail chains to display and give out the leaflets to their customers.
Upon approval local press will be issued a press release on your behalf, “Local contractor meets Government endorsed standards for tree care” we can not guarantee they will be published but we will do all in our power in pursuit of this goal.
Achieving TrustMark TreeCareApproved Registered Contractor status will enable you to ‘stand out from the crowd’ and help our industry combat the ‘Rogue Tree Surgeons’ and educate the general public.
VAT not applicable on all prices
Subscription fees are £245.00 per year. Administration fees due with application £100.00 (non-refundable), Fees due on approval £145.00. Continued subscription fees will be £245.00 per annum.
If you are not an AA approved contractor an onsite audit is required before approval and every 3 years thereafter at a cost of £300.00 per audit. The cost can be added to your annual fees so you will pay £345.00 per year. You will be sent details of the standards we expect prior to any visit. Upon approval you will receive the following:
